4 stars: Edited: the issue I was having previously has now been fixed, I was informed by customer service to try again and now it seems fine! Changing my score to reflect this. Using a Samsung Z Flip with a Volvo C40, can't connect to the car at all, simply times out after inputting the VIN. The dealer says they've seen the same issue multiple times on the same phone model. Would really like to see this fixed.
3 stars: The app is nice, but after the last update, there is no more timer on the right side of the home page, so i can not start the car remotely anymore. Just heater. Edit: I was asked to contact you via app, but when you open contact us in the app, it says : unable to load contact information. I reinstalled app, but it's still the same
2 stars: The idea is good but a company as large and luxury as Volvo, you'd think with the vehicle technology, someone employed by them could develop an app that works. The lock/unlock feature doesn't work a lot. I used to be able to start the car, now no matter what, It will not start the car any longer. Since they don't put remote start in their own keys, it's either be without since the app is trash or put an aftermarket remote start on the car.
