5 stars: LOVE this! My experienced fitness coach contours workouts to my ever changing availability, physical limitations, as well as personal goals. This isn't just another one size fits all gym experience. I work long hours which makes it hard to get a workout in consistently. S2 is the answer! All you do is open the app and SWEAT! The workouts do not require much space and the optional equipment is simple and easy to use. LOVE THIS APP!!
5 stars: System2 is a great way to work out at home with low commitment. You get a set of workout bands with straps to do the guided workouts. Honestly I don't know how I'd be working out during the pandemic if it weren't for this app. The daily encouragement from your coach helps keep you accountable too.
