5 stars: You should make sure to agree on each of the trip details and stick to it. In my first two trips, the drivers changed plans (time, pick up, drop off ) because I was new to the app. But the support service of the app was truly extraordinary. They contacted me and asked for the details of my trips, etc. This is the first time I see that an app care so much for it's users. Really enjoyed and truly thankful. Keep up the amazing work👍👍👍👍
5 stars: Great experience on my first trip. The app was fairly easy to use and worked well. Definitely recommended. I wish is able to add more in between stops (currently max 5). Couldn't find how to leave a review for my passengers until the app prompted me. I like that it suggests trip costs. I don't like that I couldn't remove some trip options (i.e pick-ups in communities late in my journey).
4 stars: I use the app whenever I need a ride. The interface is quite minimalistic. Love it. Yet, when it comes to checking details for your trips, things get messy. Details related to your drop-off location etc are not in the same place as details regarding payment. Also the searching should be more intuitive really.
