5 stars: Not perfect, but a great companion app to one of the other language learning apps. It has some strange or awkward phrasing, but it's dead simple and fun to use. The pictures are pretty good at describing things, and the colors help get and hold my attention. Teachers very little grammer, but the five minute free sessions are more than enough to help me retain words. I recommend it to any language learner!
3 stars: I got an email offering a 50% discount, but then when I clicked on the email it got me to download a different version of the app (the main one, I guess) and there it tried to charge me full price. The
2 stars: It's nice looking and is easy to use. It's great that it has an easy way to switch listening exercises on and off. But overall it's too easy and repetitive and really slows the effective learning rate. Also there are mismatched words in most packs: all single word nouns of food objects except a few expressions like
