5 stars: Nice workout app. Improvement could be making the time you select actually match the entire time the workout takes, with the rests added in. I generally look at the clock, think, I have 20 mins til I have to get ready, so I pick the 20, but it ends up being like 25 or 27 or something, which then throws me off.
