2 stars: The pre-set software has very poor quality and flexibility, so it is frustrating and Airtel possibly looses a lot of customers. As an example: We used to have Airtel Broadband, that was discontinued about 2 years back because of poor service. Now, I realize that to have reliable availability of Broadband, one need to have 2 service providers. I have been trying to contact Airtel for about 6 months , BUT HAD NOT MUCH LUCK SO FAR.
2 stars: The new update on this app is very bad. Poor UI as well as updates. It had made is very difficult to see status of different accounts. Almost impossible to figure out when my different prepaid accounts are due for reacharge. Also Doesn't seem to get updated with recharges quickly. It should show the recharge i did thru the app itself immidietely - may be with confirmation pending msg or smthg. Poor Design
