5 stars: I'm seeing a lot of 1 star, but it seems to me most of it is user error. I have a android s10 and no real issues. I bought premium and it works fine. The recorder could use some work as it records pretty low volume even with Max settings, but it does work if set right. I've had the app for a couple months now, no complaints. Edit: the recorder has received some updates and it's working great for me. Very loud and clear. I love it.
3 stars: Some of the options are difficult to understand or control. It seems to take over and is difficult to adjust. Recently it appears that my calls are recorded but I am unable to hear anything when I play them back. I have tried using a desktop and downloading different extensions to play the AMR files but nothing seems to work. It's frustrating that there appears to be no tech support number to call, only an email.
