5 stars: I have GPS navigation built into my car, but use Google maps most of the time because Google maps just works better. It's nice to be able to listen to and reply to any texts I receive without taking my eyes off the road. Android Auto has transformed how I travel in my car. I wish Android Auto would show the speed limit all the time rather than intermittently.
4 stars: I like Android Auto for the thumbnail sized apps on the home page. It's easy to toggle back & forth between apps especially maps which I find useful because Google Maps displays info Waze does not & vice versa. Update: I'm disappointed that the voice commands work intermittently so I usually have to press a button on my steering wheel instead of simply saying
