4 stars: Fare estimate and final price tend to be different. Please fix. Also, one time a driver claimed to be having a challenge ending the ride on the app. This ended up adding a crazy amount on the fare once he ended it . Not sure if he was lying or not about the supposed glitch.
4 stars: App is good but seems heavy for most phones. Hanging when drivers are trying to pick or end rides. Was just wondering if we can have an option of booking a ride in advance. This would help reduce inconvenience of delays by drivers due to traffic & proper planning for clients especially corporate option.
3 stars: Lied to me for a whole week with: Thank you for using Little. We are extending you a discount of upto 300.00 on your next Ride. That's a wrong marketing strategy!
2 stars: I experience a lot of issues with this app.It doesn't allocate drivers thar are near,fails to accept pick up or drop off locations & hungs when you need to prefer a driver.On corporate option but nothing to write home about,disappointed.
