5 stars: I don't mind having to start over from the old Google play store version and that is a rarity in itself. I'm glad Netflix kept the Stranger Things games. Also I am progressing faster than the previous version so I will be caught up quickly.
5 stars: Solid, fun match-3. Rebalanced after a few months. To make up for all the progress I lost when they redid it, I got a HUGE pile of credits. Redrawing cards was really fun. I hope they will stick with it.
4 stars: The game is great. I love the gameplay, it's so fun to level up all the characters and do the little daily side quests, but yesterday it started freezing every time I tried to click on anything after open the app. Now I don't know if this is a problem with the app or my phone. I would uninstall and reinstall but I don't know if it will save my progress.
3 stars: A middling game with terrible balance and pacing. I would love to love the game, and I was excited that it was not a micropaynents machine... unfortunately, it's designed as one without having them. It's a lottery game where leveling up is 99% staked to winning a drawing, and there is little way to get more tickets. There are frequent points where you are mostly unable to play the game until the lottery gods shine down on you.
