5 stars: Love the quality of the pictures. Setup was very easy. I have 3 cameras. One outside and 2 indoor. Notifications work awesome to let me know when movement is detected. The only complaint is that the camera sensitivity to shadows is too sensitive. I have adjusted the sensitivity scale from low to high to medium and sun shadows trigger alert. Still, having said that, I'm buying more.
5 stars: Previously had issues with my camera connecting and Ezviz customer service team worked hard to help me get everything set up. I really appreciate all the effort they put in to help me. I managed to get both cameras set up again with their help. Just having an issue with the SD cards but they are still trying to help with that as well.
4 stars: All works well for me except for the night/dark mode. Would be great to have the option to turn on/off night mode myself. There are times the camera switches between the two constantly making noises, not good when the baby is sleeping next to it.
