5 stars: The car arrived quickly, clean and in a good condition. The driver is polite, drove carefully, didn't disturb neither with chatting no loud music. The trip was safe, cosy and very comfortable.
5 stars: the app is very useful for travelers in central Asia. I've found that most drivers carry cash change and that the app gives quite a good estimate of prices so that you're not cheated.
4 stars: Sometimes takes time for the app to locate the address i am at, it is often still hang up on previous locations for some time and refuse to refresh properly. if not careful possible to use the wrong address when ordering a taxi. Prices when it rains are incredibly high. The map is good though, i use it sometimes instead of google maps and 2gis to locate an address.
3 stars: Works great but has 1 very annoying bug. The payment option automatically keeps switching to cash (even if the credit card has sufficient funds). Already got into a few awkward situations thanks to it. Please make sure to fix, so chosen method of payment stays the same.

2 stars: On Galaxy A31 with Android 12 One Ui 4.1 app launches and works very slow. Every time when I launch the app it takes me 20 seconds to see the map, and I also have to wait another 10 seconds to work the app properly. My phone is working good with other apps, even Yandex Maps launches in 3 seconds. Please fix this bug
