4 stars: Initially some teething issues. But all sorted now. The app is basic, but does the job. It allows you to activate/deactivate your alarm, view your images, camera, check your invoices and all the stuff as a customer you need to use the smart alarm. I like that I can do this from my app, super easy. What's not to like?
3 stars: It works, but I wish you could automate alarm settings on a schedule or depending on your location (leaving or coming back home). Currently it is only possible to set reminders, but you must operate the alarm manually.
2 stars: Sure it's an app for security system but instead of just asking for biometric authentication it actually logs off hence no push notifications are delivered if you session expired which it does quite quickly. Also why
