3 stars: Like many other players, I've been stuck at $9.75 in winning and needing $10 to cash out. I was winning every so often until I hit this level and been stuck there for a couple months now. I have been able to claim gift cards 4 or 5 times now from tokens, so that it legit. It can be hard to get some of the choices because they are usually sold out but it's not impossible, you just have to keep checking.
2 stars: Used to work better few years back; got to make a couple of $10 digital coupons for brick-and-mortar store shopping, through actual free play. Probably the algorithm wasn't sustainable in the end; haven't been able to cash out anything anymore since, and I'm still scratching daily pretty much. Would definitely not start this
