2 stars: Please to all the drivers if you don't know the address, you can Google it. Once you there stop for a second and look around. I've chase a car for full length between bus stops as driver decide I was stealing someone's taxi!! With app on my phone I can proof it's my taxi!
2 stars: sometimes you cannot book off a taxi unless you call them pathetic I'm changing to uber
