4 stars: Seems to crash quite often on my
3 stars: In general, very convenient. However, the app has frozen or outright locked me out at the drive-thru speaker several dozen times. I've also gone to multiple locations where I've placed the order, confirmed it, acknowledged at drive-thru, then get to the window and
2 stars: New update keeps telling me that I have an order in progress. Requires me to sign out and back in to fix it every time... I've tried deleting all app data, clearing cache, and reinstalling it. I've even tried using it on a different phone from a different brand. Ever since this new redesign of the app this keeps happening... It still works but really annoying to do this work around every time.
