5 stars: One star, because the new look breaks the app. Many annoying errors, from little things like wrong colour of the car in the main screen to functional errors, for example my car has heater but the app shows only
5 stars: overall a great app, especially the preconditioning settings and timers, love the driving journal and data. Suffers from loss of data now and then but usually it gets sorted when I inform the helpline. All other functions remain working. For best results keep it updated as well as Google maps.
4 stars: Smart app is great to do things remotely with my car, particularly checking unlocked my car and remote defrosting the car. Volvo maps via the app is much better than the in car maps. Only reason not 5 stars, the app takes a while to load and sometimes gives me a heartattack telling me I've left the boot and doors open before it loads the current position that the car is fully locked.
4 stars: I think the App is great, not really had any issues or problems with it, so I do enjoy using it. My only issue is that I need to Login almost each week, which is sometimes annoying, especially when I'm in a rush !!
