5 stars: Problem solved 🙏 I've 2 ADSL lines, I can't view the consuming & remaining couta, always crash & application closed, this problem since 10 days now. Tried to logout & in, uninstalled & install again but the same problem. While the app. before that was working perfect & I was able to use every features. I hope someone can advise or solve this.
5 stars: The app is good where you can get information about your plan, balance, and offers but hopefully the service of Vodafone network will be one day as good as their app ... I just came back from Matrouh literally there is no coverage, super slow Internet and so hard to make a call ... most of Vodafone customers are suffering and situation is not changing just very bad service
4 stars: It is a very good app. Only problem is that it does not update the ADSL home Internet usage immediately. It takes a long time to update the amount of gigabytes left for use. It is essential to update this number instantly to keep track of usage and to know how many remaining gigabytes, left for use till the end of the month. Otherwise app is very good and easy to use.
4 stars: Very useful, easy to use, best part that I like, you can manage several accounts. I wish if there is a way to know the signal strength or the coverage in a particular area. Keep the good work. 👍
