5 stars: Grab driver app is very useful but as of the latest Grab app map there are some delay and confusing mapping. I hope in future it should be fix correctly without any confusing details and re routing. Way to go, Grab on!
5 stars: I would like grab to count double location as 2 trips.As I'm working very hard for long hours just to hit the incentive criteria. I would urge grab to take a look at this matter. I would like to appreciate the grab customer service who spoke to me politely and for understanding my situation.

4 stars: Should have widget for quest incentive when we are at the order page. So that we will try our best to hit the target. Currently have to offline and finished the order then able to check what is the numbers that have done. Wish it can display like a task for us see it even don't have to offline.
2 stars: This interface do not have the chat message with passenger. So upon receiving the job, unable to text for clarification before heading down. Till unless passenger text us then we can only see the pop up of the message. But no chat icon to refer back the chat. As passenger is texting us for pre pick up info. Pla input back the text function.
