4 stars: The app itself is really great. The delivery fees are expensive when you still have to tip your drivers. Definitely better when you order a lot, otherwise 30% of the price is delivery+tips. Support is good in case of problems. A nice difference when compared to most of their competitors. Overall the most reliable when you want to order food.
4 stars: Uber Eats is a very convenient service, happy to pay a bit more for those boozy, hungover or rainy days when we can't be bothered having to go out. The only reason for 4/5 stars is due to how many of the restaurants don't have anywhere to add order notes or customize items within the app. So sometimes you can't order your favorite items because you can't make those special requests.
3 stars: Great but I'm disabled and use the app because of mobility issues. Lots of people in my building do! We feel cornered by the tip suggestions and feel that it divides customer service by class of citizen. Be better if the tip option was just imputed randomly to support everyone in the economy. Lots don't use it because of that and the delivery fee.
2 stars: Great app, terrible customer support. I order once a month or every other month as a treat. About 32 orders and requested to refund once because driver didn't show up with an order at all. Recent order was missing something so I report it thinking I could get a partial refund for being charged with something I didn't receive. CS
