5 stars: Had an accidental double booking in Dalat. Agoda was able to cancel the duplicate next day. Good fast customer service. Looks like they have turned around customer service for the better after all the reviews. Many thanks Agoda! Happy travels.
3 stars: The app have a tendency to hang at the most critical moments which is the booking. Suddenly the room can be taken just as one wants to proceed with pymt. A bit frustrating to say the least. Hope there will be improvement
2 stars: Convenient but cunning. Be careful, actual deals are cheaper on web browser but when it got redirected into the app the price hiked. There are a lot of inconsistencies in pricing. I had to uninstall the app just to make sure the price doesn't get rigged while placing the order. To Agoda, be careful. You may get sued one day for doing a lot of tricks to misled the customers.
