5 stars: Has Improved a lot since last used during school years. Recently moved from HK Island to Kowloon, can't live without this app. Not sure why it's rated lower than the NWFB one, probably due to negative reviews earlier? It's fast & responsive, the layout is easy to navigate, and the ETA is generally accurate, at least in my case.
5 stars: Even though the ads are annoying but it's very accurate. Much better than rubbish moovit.
4 stars: Is a very good resources for route searching, if the estimated time of traveling can be provided would be definitely an advantage, also if a street view photo to be attached not simply the road map would be very helpful, as sometime people only recognize the real shops appearance
3 stars: - Timing has improved since its introduction a few years ago, but its still an estimation rather than accurate GPS tracking - Massive ad pop-up for every page I visit, very annoying - Point to point route search is poor and almost unusable + Interface is quite clean and easy to use however, better than their Citybus counterpart
2 stars: Advertisements in the app are very annoying. They are played with loud sounds. It is very embarrassing in many situations, e.g. in a quiet bus, during meeting, or using the phone with kids around but the ad content is not suitable to them.
