5 stars: Absolutely awesome! My caregivers take such good care of me and I can message them anytime on Vela. They also welcome phone calls. I am so impressed with Humana for this free service. Top quality care.

4 stars: Sometimes it doesn't save and I have to do it again the next time I go in to do the next day
3 stars: was working OK but today it saying nothing is schedule not letting me do my note right now I had this problem online was told app better now I can't do my note
2 stars: It has it's bug at times where it won't let me add my notes this happened to me three times. Something needs to be done.
2 stars: New to this app but you cannot use it to register? Only to log in? That should be updated.
