5 stars: I think the days and it's explanations are good and reflect accurately my rest and exercise levels. The pain measurement is a little hard to understand, but it basically gives a very simple affirmation of how your fitness is progressing. The app has trouble seeing short naps, but that's not a big deal for most people.
4 stars: Love the app and experience, however they need to add the option to edit data. For example, if you forget to end the tracking at the right time you should be able to edit to portray more accurate results. Also found that the miles recorded on the watch differ significantly from the treadmill machine. I would like to show the results as displayed on the machine.
