5 stars: Works for me! I've really had no issues any time I've used it. The only difficulty I've encountered is that different features only work in certain regions, like being able to schedule your ride or a specific car. This can't necessarily be helped, but maybe a better or more consistent app interface would clearly show all features and then specify those that are available in your current region.
4 stars: This doesn't involve the app in itself, which works fine, but I usually don't get a ride for 30 minutes or so..they sometimes don't have many available drivers. This can sometimes be a hassle, but it definitely beats the even more expensive alternative ride sharing app that doesn't have really any drivers in my area at all.
4 stars: Uber's great and works like a champ. There really is no better alternative that I can think of for getting basically a taxi on your phone. Uber eats on the other hand is way overpriced. It works, but half the time the price just for their services is about equal to the price of my meal itself, and that's not even including the tip for the actual driver. If you really want food delivered just get a restaurant that delivers itself.
3 stars: The map seems to stuck. The uber is not moving on the trip status. However i shared the trip and on the link which i opened using a browser the car is moving. Thank you team for fixing this.
