5 stars: Love the quality of the pictures. Setup was very easy. I have 3 cameras. One outside and 2 indoor. Notifications work awesome to let me know when movement is detected. The only complaint is that the camera sensitivity to shadows is too sensitive. I have adjusted the sensitivity scale from low to high to medium and sun shadows trigger alert. Still, having said that, I'm buying more.
5 stars: Previously had issues with my camera connecting and Ezviz customer service team worked hard to help me get everything set up. I really appreciate all the effort they put in to help me. I managed to get both cameras set up again with their help. Just having an issue with the SD cards but they are still trying to help with that as well.
4 stars: The app did not take my credentials. As soon as I enter the verification code, it took me back to the credentials page with this error message
3 stars: Decent quality video, but smart vision will not stay on, reverts back to color every time we change it. Audio is not working. Only the first person who originally logged in can change settings. Alarm isn't working....a multitude of issues. We have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reset the camera. Works great now.
