5 stars: Great apps..but still there is plenty of room for development. LinkAja balance is always displayed as Rp0. The transaction is not real-timely updated. It will be amazing if you can fix it.
3 stars: Already created PIN & put the correct PIN when logging in. The Aps says my PIN is wrong. I am 100% sure I inputted the correct PIN. Then i tried to Reset my PIN, but the sms authentication always comes late. By the time I click the link on the sms, the link says it's aready expired. Please fix this!!
3 stars: Can't do the otp request when first register. Please fixed if you ask people to used this application to maintain / control the usage of gasoline.
2 stars: The features are great but just like other users' problem,my LinkAja balance is not connected to My Pertamina. Have been trying to reinstall the app,increasing the amount of LinkAja balance,even updating my smartphone,but it remains the same. The positive point is that SPBU location recommended by this app is good. Hope the app developer to improve the app.👍
2 stars: Really intrusive permission whilst opening the first time without telling why the apps need that permission, why can't the UX just ask permission while we actually need to use related feature? (ex: camera)
