4 stars: The best app for people who loves shopping for household, beauty, gaming and office supplies/equipment. The only downside of ordering through the app is your items doesn't always come together in one delivery package. Sometimes, they come in different days and separate package.
4 stars: Best shopping experience here in Kuwait with Xcite, nice app interface. Even website is supergood. All is good except price, conparitively expensive than other shopping sites. Only out of stock products are showing reasonable price. You know what I mean.
3 stars: While the deals are indeed better than most, the sluggish app ruins the experience. The order tracking system isn't any good either. Please take a note from the book of noon or amazon. Xcite app is still a long way from perfection.
3 stars: Overall great app! I like xcite, a great place to buy electronics. But the app takes a lot of time to load. And very slow interface.
2 stars: I gave it two stars because of the search and filtering issue. when I filter my search for a tv or laptop for screen size or even just brand I rarely get some results most of the time it's just an empty result and when I try to change the filter its empty with no option to collect. this was not a one time incident it happened on multiple occasions.
