4 stars: I'm new to Lyft and it's App, so navigating the App was not as user friendly as I would have liked. I was just checking to see the price for a ride to the airport and the App told me that the driver would be arriving in 6 minutes ??!! I tried to cancel in time, and apparently was able to do so. But, it was not obvious how to cancel. Otherwise, everything else went smooth.
2 stars: 90% of the time, it's crashed. I couldn't put in the destination, even if i did it manually (find it on the map myself) the app couldn't let me do anything. Trued uninstalling and install it, not working. Force stop and start again, still not working. I gave up, taking my business back to Uber because this app just doesn't work.
