5 stars: I am so pleased with this service, i am able to deal at complete ease that if I have deliveries while I'm out of town, my items are completely safe inside my garage with the addition of the camera I feel so secure. I just wish all items on Amazon were deliverable by this option.
5 stars: The Amazon Key delivery system is the best thing ever. It works flawlessly. No more porch pirates. My only complaint is that not all Amazon deliveries are eligible for Key delivery.
4 stars: Nice to be able to see that my packages have successfully been delivered inside my garage using the Amazon Key Delivery Program. Works pretty good most of the time. Have had a few occasions where the drivers claimed they couldn't open the door and just left the packages on the porch. Most of the time it works fine and I'm happy with it. Do reccomend installing security camera in garage to verify delivery.
4 stars: Sometimes little confusing, but it works. Keeps delivery packages safe.
3 stars: Unable to link with Ring alarm; some customers have a Ring open/close sensor on the overhead garage door or motion sensors in the garage, it would be appreciated if deliveries did not trigger the alarm. I imagine there was a method in place for this when Key first launched for use with smart locks on the front door
