5 stars: DIY Excellent experience. In the past you need to make a phone call to support/confirm your booking. The recent booking for my daughter's flight to Winnipeg took less than 5min to scan for cheap flights and got ticket confirmation in less than 30min after payment. All seamless. Much improvement...
3 stars: Good, but if your plans might change at the last minute, e.g. if you need a negative PCR COVID test and you test positive, then you won't get a response in time and might lose your flight. So, it's ok to use online travel agents like this with nonexistent immediate support for local domestic flights where it won't be cancelled. In other words feel free to use Travelstart if there's no way you will miss your flight for whatever reason.
