5 stars: It's a good app though but I have three suggestions I need you to look at to entice drivers onto the platform, because the more cars available the higher the patronage and the more drivers the less pick-up time. 1. Agents promptness to effecting payments to the driver app. 2. Pricing should be fairly the same as the existing competitors to attract more drivers. 3. Payment of bonuses to drivers must be prompt.

Some of us will stop driving on this app if the identity of the riders are not known. I have tried several times and still trying to download the app but it is not been possible.
