3 stars: I have read everyone's comments so I decided against downloading the app. I have had no issues with using the website for all changes, skipping weeks, and easy to cancel subscription there as well. For me, it's more about the money. It seems rather costly even at the lowest base price of $70.00 per week. However, this is the first meal service my picky eaters actually love so I will have to weigh the options.

4 stars: Requires a bit of home kitchen tools like an oven, but a Reasonable price, Excellent shipping method and timing, and very fresh ingredient where nothing is missing. I'm not a great cook, but its simple and clear description of recipes make me wanna attempt to cook better and better. Although I'm not a great fan of these type of foods (that use thyme, parsley, or etc), it definitely was a good experience.
3 stars: Could make it more clear as to which plan you currently have selected while you are in the menu choosing the meals to avoid accidentally ordering too much or not enough food (family vs pronto). Maybe a label in the header. Also it would be useful to be able to access your order history including what was paid each week. Had some random crashes in the profile, plan section.
