5 stars: Excellent app \ud83d\udc4c you must turn on notifications to get full features. Also add Watch feature. From dashboard, click three-dot to open menu and click to enable watch and notification features for each shipment. Very easy to use and reliable. Wish it allowed entry of tracking number for merchant provided return merchandise label before pickup.
4 stars: At the time of writing this review the overall * rating was 2.9. My experience shows this rating to be below what the app deserves. I've used this app to track a parcel from India to a UK address. My experience was positive, I knew where my parcel was at all times right up to delivery. 4 *'s from me. Did exactly what I wanted it to do. Aside from that the actual delivery process was excellent.
5 stars: This app has been a real life saver while running my small business. I love the convenience of being able to track packages and to find close by locations. Also, I'm very happy about how user friendly the app is. I really wish UPS had a similar system. It's more difficult when I have to track packages through them.
5 stars: I was looking for three packages to arrive, they all had the wrong zip code on the delivery address. Instead of my packages being undeliverable and cancel my order and wait for a refund and reorder, the issue was resolved quickly and I received all all my packages in a timely manner. Very professional and efficient, Thanks Fed-ex.
