5 stars: The A to Z app is a great way to check your schedule, accept VTO/ VET, apply for a transfer and more! I like that they've now added the shift swap tool that you can do a shift swap right on your phone! Also, you can use Chatbot for HR, so you don't have to waste your break standing in line. I'm on A to Z at least 3 or 4 times a day!
5 stars: I work @ a large Amazon Fullfillment Center and this app is pretty much mandatory so I cannot truly review it but at least it's a good app and easy to learn. Something interesting I noticed while using it was how I did not get the option to transfer shifts until I transitioned from a white badge to a blue badge. Seamlessly and effortlessly being able to request time off, even during a shift, is my favorite feature.
5 stars: I can do most of the things I need to do straight through this app. I like knowing what's the latest happenings for my sight as well as Amazon news. I love the shift options, missed punch options, time off options. Like being able to check out the benefits. I can go on and on. It's easy to navigate. It's definitely an A to Z app.
3 stars: The app was convenient when I can punch in-and-out instead of waiting to physically punch in or walk 15 minutes across the building to punch in and it was convenient when I was getting VTO instead of having to go to the site and wait for it to be offered and then leaving it's not easy and gas is not cheap so if they can fix that that would be great.
