5 stars: I agree that coupang would be better if they added more language selections to their app but remember it's not mandatory for them to do so. There are so many ways to get around the language barrier if you try. And those who complain about faulty products, again you need to work around the language barrier and see if the company selling it is a reliable one, judt like would with amazon.
