3 stars: Works great. Very user friendly and adjust well to user experience. Only reason I dont use this often is because it does not sync with Samsung Health, which tracks my diet and sleep patterns. Would purchase premium and give five star if able to sync data like Keep Trainer/Yoga. Update: No change since 2019. Still not seeing Samsung watch or Mi band etc. Very disappointed.
5 stars: So far i like the app. The only thing is connecting to google fit or samsung watch would be ideal. The calory burned are not based on the watch or my heart rate. But overall I like the app, you can change and improve the workout plan as you go.
