5 stars: So far very happy with the app and service. It isn't easy to book a wheelchair accessible taxi over the phone but the app has helped me achieve this. The only thing I would change is the it isn't very easy to put my exact home address but I phoned the driver and it was sorted quickly. Thank you!
3 stars: Great app, but someday it doesn't read my address properly, so I can't book a taxi through it. The app says no address, when it is my address. That's frustrating, as its not reliable
5 stars: Reliable...location tracking works well. Pricing is not totally accurate and spin the wheel doesn't work with corporate accounts....but a great service
5 stars: Better than Uber, Bolt and Ola. The prices are nearly always less and don't jump too high when there's a shortage of drivers on the road. There have been good special offers for people using Amex to pay for this as well.
