5 stars: one stop shop for all your social events needs \u270c\ud83c\udffc smoothest way of booking and managing tickets I've ever come across so far - although they do charge a lot for the service charge and 'facility fee'
4 stars: Pretty easy to find seats, order tickets and make your own choices for other shows.
3 stars: The convenience of being able to open an app and search for tickets or even open your tickets on your phone is great. Having said that, what is the point of having the app if I have to use another browser to sign in? Why can I not just sign in through the app? Also, this app seems to be a bit buggy because after I signed in on the browser, it gave me a blank gray screen.
