4 stars: Great app. The ability to add favorites is a welcome improvement. Please can you incorporate the stamp cards into the app? There are very few businesses that have not adopted this practice. (Paper cards are quickly becoming obsolete) I feel it's a great way to keep on track with current market trends. It's also more cost effective for the franchise as a whole.
5 stars: Arrived, while waiting I did the online check in and it showed up in their system instantly. It was easy to use, and worked perfectly.
3 stars: The app works fine. It's not the greatest design of them all but it functions. However, you still can't update your profile picture, which my stylist wishes I would do because of other customers with the same name
