3 stars: It's ok... does what most would expect it to do. I wish these courier apps would allow me to pay for the duty and customs fees via credit card in the app, so the delivery driver could be instructed to leave/hide the package at the delivery address.
3 stars: Keeps crashing when attempting to clear past deliveries. As well as when going back to the list.
5 stars: it is so easy to work with FedEx I ship a lot of packages. I take the packages to their location at the Cedar Rapids airport (CID). I have never had to wait as usually no one is ahead of me. I print my own labels and I have a scale so I can weigh it correctly and drop it off at the Fed Ex office.
5 stars: The app works fine, it lets me know when FEDEX has damaged yet ANOTHER package. Love the delivery drivers, they will leave a package right in the MIDDLE of an empty driveway. You would think that Sam's Club would get tired of replacing merchandise Fedex damaged by now. I hate that ANY company would use FEDEX.
5 stars: love this app! they really improved it and now it is so great to use for handling business on the go. my company ships with FedEx so it's nice to have my whole shipping operation at my fingertips if I'm out of the office.
