4 stars: Update: Huge improvements made! Now my favorite food delivery app. Original Review: It's an absolute mess... orders randomly cancelled after being delayed 2 hours, glitchy app and menus, not transparent about what's going on with orders. I get that things happen, but don't leave the customer in dark, getting hangrier with each passing minute! They keep 2 stars because you can easily call customer service and talk to a real person.
3 stars: Thus app used to be great, but lately it has been glitchy. Sometime is says there's no menu item or that they open later then they do. Also, it acts like it's a new account at checkout. After closing and reopen the app it will sometimes work right, but I've been using the website more often to bypass these issues.
