3 stars: The app is alright, I've had my issues with it but generally speaking it works well, The most annoying issue I have with it is lunch items don't appear in the app until 1pm when they are supposed to appear at 11. Very annoying to have deals and offers to use and not being able to use them in the app, Been that way a long time too, Ye must hate money
3 stars: The Burlington Centre location is not worthy of being called Tim Hortons. They have no choice of food, very short staffed. I have seen so many people walk away from the line up on many occasions. This location should be managed and run effiently being in a mall, people don't have a lot of time to wait in line only to be told they don't have what customers are asking for.
