4 stars: It's in English and paying is relatively simple, both of which seem to never happen in Korea. Hooray!
4 stars: When I first started using this app I loved it. Super fast delivery. Then the first order went missing. Now it's the 4th. Paying for food that is never delivered. No English phone support either. They tell you to write an e-mail to get support and I'm still waiting on an answer for food I ordered 3 weeks ago.

5 stars: I wish there was more places to choose from like on other delivery apps here in Korea, but I really like having the English option, and easy payment method tied to Coupang. For some reason paying is a real headache for me on other apps.

5 stars: As a foreigner this app is recommendable for food delivery. A little bit hard to add way of payment i mean this app accept only a korean cards for payment I hope they do something about it especially for tourists who can't go out to buy because of pandemic
