3 stars: I often have trouble pairing my hearing aids. Onc paired they are fine, but then every so often for no reason they no longer connect to my phone. Frustrating.
3 stars: Although it's nice to have this app which gives you more control over your aids I was told things like the battery monitor are not accurate so what's the point. I left my hearing aids plugged in over a 36 hour period the battery lost 7% of its charge according to the app. My service provider says that's not the case. The phonak manual says that doesn't happen.
5 stars: These are amazing hearing aids . When new updates happen for Bluetooth options, remember to clear all links on cell and start over. The cell doesn't recognize the update and tries to pair with past pairing link. Took me a bit to figure out but easy next time. Absolutely everything Phonak states they are
