5 stars: This application is awesome. I've been exercising for quite a few years now and this app provides great guidance. BodBot Plus is worth it. Not to mention the free tier is phenomenal and that's the only reason I got Plus. There are minor bugs like rest counter getting stuck and workouts not completing and some completed exercises shown as halfway done. Nevertheless, anything less than 5 stars would be VERY unfair!

5 stars: I've done two workouts so far and the format is great, ready to follow and includes video tutorials for each exercise. The workouts looked not to be very challenging, but I'll tell you, looks CAN be deceiving. So far, great workout, quite challenging and they target muscles that I don't always get to. It easily earns the 5 stars.
