4 stars: So far so good. Only used it to process 2 claims now. Still the same tedious work to submit all the details. Why we cant bill everything direct to PBC is beyond me. The upload is easy enough to take a photo of the receipts and send them in this way instead of the mail. Hopefully they keep tweaking it to streamline it more. An older person might have problems with all the navigating of the app.
3 stars: It's generally fine, but why does the file upload function only accept image files??? Most medical receipts come in pdf form. I had to screenshot my pdf form in order to upload it. Please change this function so document files can be selected too.
3 stars: Easy and clear to use application for the virtual claim process. There was an issue with submitting a claim with a picture document - there was no option to upload the document image during the claim for the no other insurance provider option.
