4 stars: I enjoy this game very much. The drop rate for new characters in new events is horrible. It's so frustrating when you spend hours collecting the currency and get nothing for it. I haven't received any new characters in the last three events now. For that reason this game is now a four-star for me not five.
5 stars: Love the game and monsters. Story is great and the events are wonderful. New monsters and events are regularly added and updated. Great fun and no need to spend money unlike reviews that say pay to win that is nonsense, just learn to play the game properly
4 stars: I actually really enjoy this game. Not inundated with ads. Free to play experience is on par with what I expect from this franchise. A really deep experience once you get into it!
3 stars: Great game when it's working, but any update puts your data in jeopardy. Forces you to uninstall instead of quick update. Today is the 2nd time in dealing with this. If I uninstall my data will not be there and I do not feel like waiting weeks to get my data back if at all. Edit: what to do is.....on update day keep returing to the uninstall/play screen until it says update instead of play, you're welcome
