5 stars: I have waited a very long time to leave this review. After booking 8 different hotels I have to say this has been the greatest booking app I have ever used. I would like to point out that I have cross checked prices against more than 15 different booking apps and yet to find another app that can ever beat the price I always get lowest on Agoda. Not only do I recommend this booking app, it is the only one I use now.
4 stars: It says free cancelation \u0026 refund available. But when I start to claim the refund, My refund didn't return to my bank account \u0026 no response from customer service at all. I think another apps have better service then this
