3 stars: I have booked ticket. But unfortunately the bus operators has cancel my ticket due to some reason and request to refund amount. But it take more then 10 days. But I am not getting kind of response fron supporters side and also not getting refund amount to my account. Also there is no any kind of customer support or customer care number.
4 stars: Your service is really awsum....no words to describe...I have my experience of 20.09.2021 where I didn't get the confirmed ticket but I board the train...when I was far away from my destination in general boggy...I tried to check once the seat availability in the same train...it shows me an availability and booked my ticket within no time....luv you app makers
5 stars: Its a very good booking app. No problem during money transaction via gpay, phonepay etc. Only one drawback is railyatri app will take 40-50 rupees as service charge. Remaining everything is 200% Ok... Regards Baiju. PK, Kochi, Kerala
5 stars: Very helpful app for all the TRAIN travelers! Must have app and it's so user friendly. You can track your train online. Just download the app and proceed with the normal procedures. When you are inside the app then you what do it's as simple as that!
